You do not have to use Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop to make your design.
You can use any other program as long as it allows you to save your file in one of the mentioned file formats.
We will, however, accept any upload for review. If your file cannot be used, our representative will contact you with alternative options that can allow us to process your order. You are not charged if we cannot use your file.

We recommend that your files, be compressed with programs such as WinZip to upload.
